Oak-aged Chardonnay:
A hint of vanilla and plenty of fruitiness adorn this rich, well-balanced cuvée.
Aged in barrel for 9 months, it has a silky texture on the palate, balanced by a lively lemony quality and long-lasting aromas.
It pairs exceptionally with white meats, roast guinea fowl or a goat and tomato tart.
Oak-aged Syrah:
An intense and complex nose, where spices and wild berries mingle. Its palate is full-bodied, velvety, peppery, with a nice balance between roundness and tight tannins.
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, this Syrah exhibits the typical aromas of this grape variety. It is a cuvée of contrast, elegant, and refined, with a Bordeaux-like reflection in its color, and has great aging potential.
It pairs magnificently with main dishes, grilled meats, juicy burgers or even forest-inspired tagliatelle dishes.
Oak-aged Humagne rouge:
Adorned in dark red, offers a beautiful complexity, with an initial aroma of caramel and smoky notes that open up to wild strawberry scents.
Lots of character on the palate. Firm yet with refined tannins and a rich, silky, airy texture. Slightly astringent finish.
