HOW TO make IT?
Ingredients and recipe
400 g prunes
1 onion
50 g peeled almonds
1kg lamb
2 tablespoons honey
1 scoop saffron
1 tsp Ras el Hanout
1 tsp. cinnamon
1l vegetable stock
1 bunch coriander
oil, salt, pepper
Soak prunes in hot water for 30 minutes. Mince onion. Crush almonds.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pot. Add onion and cubed lamb. Season to taste.
Add honey and spices. Cover with vegetable stock and cook for 1 hour. Add the prunes and crushed almonds to the pot.
Cook for a further 10 minutes before serving.
