HOW TO make IT?

500 g green asparagus
500 g cherry tomatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
a dash of pepper
250 g mascarpone cheese
1 dl vegetable stock
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
9 lasagne sheets
80 g grated cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
Cut asparagus into beveled pieces. Quarter tomatoes, mix in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.Mix mascarpone, stock and eggs, season with salt. Spread the mixture in a 3-liter casserole dish, alternating lasagne sheets, vegetables and cheese.Bake for approx. 30 min in the middle of an oven preheated to 200°C. Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the lasagne.
